  • 1 tsp
    Sea salt or Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    Cayenne pepper dried or Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp
    Cumin ground or Whole cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp
    Paprika smoked or Sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp
    Olive oil extra virgin or Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp
    Red wine vinegar or Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 whole
    Chicken breast boneless, skinless or Chicken thighs

Mash the garlic and salt together in a mortar and pestle until a smooth paste forms.

If you don't have a mortar and pestle, finely mince the garlic and mix it with the salt using the back of a spoon.
